Bobbi Battista
Manager, Talent Network
Bobbi Battista manages Tenzing's Talent Network, a worldwide team of consultants and alliance partners that provide top-tier service to our clients. Bobbi's role is to develop and grow the Talent Network to include best-in-class supply chain, operations and strategic sourcing talent. In addition to managing the network, she is responsible for overall talent management including recruiting, staffing, performance management, professional development and HR oversight.
Bobbi has worked in the areas of strategic sourcing and technology for 12 years, holding various roles in purchasing, sales, account management, consulting, and human resources. For the past seven years she has been in senior organizational development and HR roles, responsible for driving performance improvement through on-boarding, competency modelling, skill assessment, performance management, leadership development, training and employee retention initiatives.
Prior to joining Tenzing Consulting, Bobbi worked for Ariba, FreeMarkets, AT&T Wireless Services and Rocky Mountain Bankcard Systems. She has a B.A. in Foreign Service and International Politics from Penn State University as well as a minor in Chinese language. Bobbi enjoys spending time doing outdoor activities with her husband and two children
